“Our hope is to be a group of employees that puts our best foot forward each day, acts selflessly regardless of the task, and treats each day as a new chance to have fun.”
That is a direct quote from our mission statement. You’re not crazy and you’re not reading that wrong. We used the word “fun” in a mission statement. This small three-letter word has a strong meaning to us. In some ways, the word “fun” is our north star. We have to ask, if we’re not cultivating fun, then why are we here?
If you like being in a work place that focuses on fun, then we’d love to talk to you.
This year, we’re preparing for some new and exciting things. Our endeavors will require a large influx in personnel that can join our team.
We’re looking for a unique group of people. Think you can hang? Read on.
1. Dream Team
I’m not talking about a small, hand picked, specially groomed group of people. I’m talking about people that dream big. We want people that have big ideas and make them happen. We want people that see a good idea and chase it because they can dream of the brightest future. We want dreamers.
2. Can’t be contained
“Don’t be afraid to take risks and never be afraid to make mistakes.
Ask a lot of yourself and lead by example.”
What do you do when no one is watching?
Do you go the extra mile?
What do you do when you’ve faced a set back?
Anyone can be a decent worker. We’re looking for abnormal, thinkers and doers that want to be a part of a work culture that makes a difference.
3. More is better
If you want to be on your toes and avoid being bored. This is the place for you. We are a small company, where everyone enjoys doing different aspects of their job. If you’re a renaissance person who has varying skills and contributions. If you’re a utility infielder with a skillset that is hard to nail down, this is the place for you.
We’re looking for people who have been positively affected by sports. We’re not simply looking for heres and all-stars, (If that’s you, then awesome) we’re looking for those that realized sports were a way to practice becoming a better person. We want people who are looking to positively change lives through athleticism.
